I am very pleased with my purchase. The owner clearly stated to me before starting my cup that she had never used neons before and that it was a first but she was going to give it a try. After starting the project she came to realize she did not like the work she had done so she ripped everything away from the cup and said she was gonna restart it. Within 2 weeks maybe less of me ordering I received my cup. I had won a gift card from this shop and decided I wanted to reuse it to purchase my first custom tumbler. The quality of work is the best I have seen. The customer service is phenomenal and they will answer every question that you have either by email or via her live. This may have been my first purchase but definitely not my last.

I absolutely love my custom tumbler. The colors of their printed vinyl is just absolutely stunning. The glitters paired perfectly together.
