TUMBLER STATUS
On this page you will find the status of orders that are being worked. We do appreciate your continued patience and support. We are climbing the mountain as hard as we can. You can use the form below for any questions pertaining to orders on THIS page only.

CURING/PREPARING TO SHIP: This means that your cup is completed and the full 72 hours of cure time is in effect. Once that is complete, your order will be packaged up and shipped out. IF you have more than one cup on the same order, they will all ship together. You may see your order number in the curing stage but your others are being worked on.

IN PROGRESS: This means that your cup has been started and is in the various stages of completion. Once all steps of design are done, it will move to the curing/preparing to ship stage.

IN QUE: This means that your cup has not been started yet, but the design has been confirmed (unless it is creator's choice). Once your cup has been started it will move to the IN PROGRESS stage.

WAITING ON CORRESPONDENCE: This means that we are awaiting communication from the customer. This could also mean that we have sent out several emails with no response. Once we have made contact, your order will be moved up to IN QUE
